I finally found a home for the last of my slerks a couple of weeks ago. (You can read about the original slerk hereĀ https://woodlandwhimsy.wordpress.com/2012/07/24/the-finding-of-the-slerk-28/ )

Sure enough as soon as I did, more started showing up in the garden.

It is so cold outside I would have expected the new rush to wait until spring.

They never come one at a time.

I’ve never had a wave of five at one time, but it wasn’t over yet.

Who better to help Santa find out who is naughty and nice than a Gronk? Their natural nosiness…um…curiosity is a great asset in ferreting out the important information.
